Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate software components and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that improve productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate software development activities with stakeholders, business goals, and project timelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Agentforce.
- Proficiency in Agentforce.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating software components and third-party services.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
