Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot software applications across application, database, network, and integration layers.
- Lead automation of tasks and service requests.
- Perform trend analysis and develop action plans to improve SLAs and reduce case volume and recurring problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents while conducting technical root-cause analysis.
- Identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to the Salesforce platform.
- Document and standardize processes and continuously improve procedures.
- Develop end-to-end expertise in Workday go-to-market business applications and enterprise integrations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise software application development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep technical knowledge of enterprise software application development and integrations involving Workday, Salesforce, Stripe, MuleSoft, or SnapLogic.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Salesforce technical issues across application, database, network, and integration layers.
- Workday Integration Administrator certification is preferred.
- Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay functional experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of IT service management tools and best practices is preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, manage changing priorities, document solutions, and provide mentorship and user instruction.
