Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage team activities and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple and cross-functional teams on technical decisions and software integration.
- Identify and implement team best practices to improve productivity and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and web application frameworks.
- Experience developing scalable and maintainable software using component-based architecture.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and integration with back-end services.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
