Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business needs.
- Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Set platform standards and design scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead proactive monitoring and improvements for platform performance and reliability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make decisions affecting the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and ServiceNow development.
- Strong expertise configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Experience managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with release management processes and best practices in a SaaS environment.
- 15 years of full-time education.
