Base Salary
$224k - $308k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives, shape organizational strategy, and solve complex cross-functional problems within the Client Solutions Group.
- Architect agentic AI solutions and AI-ready data foundations supporting agent reasoning, memory, retrieval, planning, and tool use.
- Design governed data models, vector stores, and metadata layers optimized for LLM context, feedback loops, and inference-time enrichment.
- Partner with AI engineers, platform teams, and product leaders to standardize and scale AI-ready data foundations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in system design and software engineering, or equivalent skill, including experience designing agentic AI solutions and AI-ready technology foundations.
- Proven expertise designing application and data architectures that support agent memory, planning, and tool-augmented reasoning.
- Strong system design, software development, and programming experience with .NET and modern cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving processes.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is desired.
