Responsibilities
- Provide expert Application Management Services and Application Development Services for Infor WFM.
- Own the stability, performance, and data integrity of the Infor WFM solution.
- Maintain and enhance integrations between Infor WFM and Oracle E-Business Suite HR, Payroll, and Project data.
- Configure employee, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Leave Management, Quick Rule, Scriptable Customization, and clock functionality.
- Manage clocks, web, handheld, and other workforce-management devices.
- Perform corrective maintenance and bug fixing for timesheet data, pay calculations, security matrices, and wage adjustments.
- Configure timesheets, pay rules, employee and user setups, security profiles, calculation groups, and pay groups.
- Support functional vulnerabilities, upgrades, server maintenance, and application maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with Infor WFM data structures and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Infor WFM configuration, including Time & Attendance, Payroll, Leave Management, Quick Rule, Scriptable Customization, and clock configuration.
- Extensive application support experience with Infor WFM, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing.
- Basic understanding of J2SE, J2EE, JavaScript, and Oracle SQL.
- Experience managing Infor WFM integrations in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP, shell scripting, Groovy scripting, and Oracle SQL for Infor WFM extensions or integrations is preferred.
- Cognos reporting-tool experience is desirable.
