Base Salary
$180k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements from discovery and demos through deployment, maintenance, stakeholder alignment, and blocker removal.
- Design, build, integrate, and deploy production-ready AI agents using large-scale data, backend code, and cloud infrastructure.
- Own the agent development lifecycle, including prototyping, CI/CD setup, live monitoring, iteration, and documentation.
- Manage and mentor agent engineers, debug live issues, and support customer growth and retention.
- Capture customer feedback, prototype platform features, and collaborate with product and platform teams.
Requirements
- Computer science degree or industry-equivalent experience.
- At least four years of total managerial experience.
- At least four years of customer-facing experience, such as consulting.
- At least four years of hands-on engineering experience.
- Understanding of React, Python, tool calls, and APIs.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to own projects end to end, work independently, context-switch rapidly, and maintain a high bar for quality.
- Experience at successful startups is preferred, and former founders are especially valued.
