AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Norwegian Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design AI agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.
- Develop, architect, debug, test, and deploy scalable production AI solutions using Agentforce, JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with customers and sales teams to turn business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and iterate rapidly on deployed systems.
- Work in a cross-functional builder pod and support the full technical lifecycle of customer solutions.
Requirements
- Strong background in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code, evaluate AI outputs, and solve problems independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
