AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Swiss Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design AI agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and agent architecture.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production AI solutions using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Develop real-world Agentforce agents that take actions for customers.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and own solutions through deployment.
- Participate in mentorship, technical skill development, shadowing, and networking within the AI Builder cohort.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams, customers, and cross-functional builders.
- Fluency in English and either French or German.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
