Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Base Salary
$132k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of a real-time data visualization platform with AI-driven insights.
- Build and deploy features and bug fixes across frontend UI, backend services, data stores, and industrial gateways.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain reliability through automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Participate in on-call rotations and improve operational tooling and observability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and improve team quality and velocity.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites, including domestic and international travel.
Requirements
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent professional experience demonstrating a computer science foundation.
- At least 2 years of production software development experience using Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building modern web applications with frontend frameworks such as React and backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, databases, and real-time or event-driven systems.
- Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or complex UI state is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a startup environment with evolving requirements and high ownership.
- Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally.
