Base Salary
$140k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade automation and agent workflows using Salesforce Flow and NetSuite.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across both systems, enforcing compliance with HIPAA requirements.
- Manage change processes for both platforms, including sandbox development and version control.
- Administer day-to-day operations of Salesforce and NetSuite, including user management and reporting.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other tools to ensure data consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and maintain a cross-functional roadmap.
- Act as a thought partner on business systems architecture and AI automation strategy.
- Engineer reliable system prompts for Claude-based automations and evaluate agent behavior.
- Produce documentation and playbooks for team understanding and future administration.
- Coach team members on business systems and AI tools to foster independence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business systems or technical operations with measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator with a strong understanding of its features.
- Experience with NetSuite administration and a plan to ramp up if not already proficient.
- Fluency in quote-to-cash processes and understanding of CRM and ERP integration.
- Proven ability in data hygiene and migration, including bulk data operations.
- Specialist-level knowledge in workflow automation tools and their integrations.
- Experience in prompt engineering for AI systems and evaluating their outputs.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to debug integration failures.
- Ability to build trust with non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption of systems.
- A coaching instinct to empower team members in automation.
