Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development to shape strategic opportunities across various markets.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer missions and operational needs.
- Develop mission-focused solution approaches that align with customer objectives.
- Support capture activities by identifying technical differentiators and customer value propositions.
- Serve as the technical lead throughout opportunity development.
- Lead technical development of proposals and responses to competitive tenders.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience supporting government and defense customers.
- Experience with competitive procurements and proposal development.
- Strong technical writing skills for developing proposals and documentation.
- Ability to engage technical and executive audiences effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% throughout Europe.
