Responsibilities
- Assess UiPath processes, robots, Orchestrator configurations, queues, credentials, and dependencies to create migration inventories and complexity-scoring models.
- Develop migration roadmaps and redesign UiPath workflows as Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Build Power Automate cloud flows with standard, premium, and custom connectors integrating SharePoint, Teams, SQL, ERP systems, and Azure services.
- Build attended and unattended Power Automate Desktop flows for Windows, web, Citrix, Excel, PDF, and legacy applications.
- Design orchestration, error-handling, retry, resilience, API, connector, credential-management, governance, and data-loss prevention solutions.
- Partner with Business Analysts and process owners to document current- and future-state processes and define automation outcomes.
- Package solutions for Azure DevOps deployment pipelines and conduct functional, regression, and UiPath-versus-Power Automate testing.
- Lead cutover planning, go-live support, monitoring, and root-cause troubleshooting for production automations.
- Maintain technical documentation, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in business process automation, RPA, workflow, or enterprise integration.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
- Strong experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Proven experience migrating or redesigning UiPath automations using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience delivering both attended and unattended RPA solutions.
- Hands-on experience with connectors, custom connectors, and Dataverse.
- Working knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON, XML, SQL, and authentication methods.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, and release pipelines.
- Preferred experience with Power Apps, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Power Platform Center of Excellence, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, or Citrix.
- Business-level English proficiency.
