Base Salary
$100k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Use specialized RMS product and workflow knowledge to optimize public safety agency operations.
- Oversee configuration and business process analysis for Reporting, Case Management, Evidence, and Warrants products.
- Define and test product features, workflows, technical configurations, integrations, and hardware components.
- Train agencies on RMS best practices and guide change management and product adoption.
- Establish RMS workstream best practices and oversee end-to-end product implementation.
- Gather product feedback and collaborate with the Product team on development priorities.
- Support growth by vetting customer workflows for downstream planning.
- Work with project managers on team metrics, project risks, staffing, budgeting, and future planning.
- Collaborate with the Training team to update training materials.
Requirements
- At least 2–5 years of experience as a product consultant or public safety employee focused on RMS.
- Willingness to be hands-on during planning and delivery.
- Experience developing, communicating, and training others on workflows and best practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, multitasking, and change-management skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Ability to learn new technology features quickly and determine their value for different user groups.
