Base Salary
$197k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts in Michigan.
- Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to build account strategy, develop pipeline, and close business.
- Build relationships with channel partners and partner Solutions Engineers through co-selling and joint execution.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify business challenges, technical gaps, and future-state goals.
- Architect and configure NetApp solutions across ONTAP, SAN, NAS, block, file, hybrid cloud, and data protection environments.
- Manage multiple opportunities across net-new logo pursuits, strategic enterprise deals, and existing-account expansion.
- Advise customers on AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Professional Services to deliver customer outcomes.
- Stay current on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to customer engagements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in a quota-driven environment.
- Proven success supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers through complex sales cycles.
- Strong background in infrastructure technologies and storage or storage-adjacent solutions.
- Deep knowledge of on-premises SAN, NAS, block, and file environments and their integration into broader architectures.
- Experience designing and configuring deployable solutions within customer environments.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization platforms, and data protection or disaster recovery strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple deals across different stages, priorities, and customer types.
- Experience working with channel partners, including partner SE alignment and joint execution.
- Strong discovery, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Strategic and tactical execution skills for immediate impact and long-term growth.
- Must be based in Michigan and able to support customers and partners across the territory.
