Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex consulting projects from inception to completion while ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, technical requirements, and challenges.
- Conduct technical assessments and analysis to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.
- Design and architect solutions using a range of technologies and platforms.
- Provide hands-on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support in client environments.
- Mentor junior consulting engineers and collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success teams.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for clients.
- Create and maintain project plans, architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and other technical documentation.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to provide proactive client recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Consulting Engineer or in a similar role with a record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
- Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting in client environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, organizational, and project-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
