Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a 3D first-person narrative game in Unity.
- Help integrate an AI companion, storytelling, and gameplay into a cohesive game experience.
- Collaborate with the lead Unity developer and a small team to grow the working prototype into a full game.
- Work with AI researchers to evaluate research results and apply generative AI and language-model capabilities to gameplay.
- Contribute with significant artistic and research freedom to a new type of LLM-driven storytelling experience.
Requirements
- Independent development of a 3D narrative game in Unity is required.
- A strong interest in anime and the anime aesthetic is required.
- Experience developing a first-person game is a bonus.
- Strong 3D character animation skills are preferred.
- Motion-capture experience and familiarity with studio mocap workflows are bonuses.
- Having assets on the Unity Asset Store is a bonus.
- Experience working with large language models is a plus.
- Comfort working on small, fast-paced teams is expected.
