Responsibilities
- Understand clients' business processes and advise on integrating Airtable into their workflow.
- Advise on the creation and management of data governance models.
- Develop solution architecture designs and implementation plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation process.
- Respond to customer feedback and relay product improvement suggestions.
- Manage project plans for single consultant engagements.
- Validate scope for professional services engagements with Engagement Managers.
- Collaborate with other teams on larger engagements.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering from customer engagements.
- Mentor Solution Architects and Delivery Consultants.
Requirements
- 5+ years of solution engineering, consulting, or implementation experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms.
- 3-4 years of experience in a professional services or consulting role.
- Experience in solution architecture and project management, preferably with Airtable.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and experience with automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of database design and governance best practices.
- Ability to customize messaging across various verticals and use cases.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools like LucidChart and Visio.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to prioritize customer needs.
- Collaborative team player comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptability to new technologies and previous experience with Airtable is required.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of driving adoption and satisfaction.
- Fluency in French or German is a plus.
