Responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical SAP business systems.
- Debug SAP applications, analyze system logs, and trace issues to their root causes.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA systems.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Serve as an SME and support team decisions and problem resolution across teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.
- Mentor junior team members in problem-solving techniques.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication on issue-resolution strategies.
- Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge repositories.
- Support integration points between SAP modules and third-party applications.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA and SAP UI5 Development.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Strong expertise debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications in complex environments.
- Experience with SAP HANA performance tuning and optimization.
- Ability to analyze system logs and identify root causes.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP modules and third-party applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to operate as an SME, collaborate across teams, make team decisions, and mentor junior staff.
