Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across the AirOps platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical solutions that meet user and business needs.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code in both frontend and backend systems.
- Review code, mentor teammates, and help uphold engineering best practices.
- Own and improve key parts of the application—from performance to architecture.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, data, and web technologies.
- Contribute to a strong culture of experimentation, iteration, and shipping fast.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production-ready software across the stack.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
- Solid experience working with React.
- Experience with modern web development tools (e.g., TypeScript, Tailwind, Webpack, PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system design principles.
- Experience building or maintaining third-party integrations is a plus.
- Product-minded with the ability to balance engineering quality with pragmatic trade-offs.
- Interest in or experience with Generative AI and related technologies.
- Demonstrated initiative and aptitude to make independent decisions in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
