Base Salary
$130k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Author code for product features using Python and React.
- Break down high-level product goals into modular engineering tasks.
- Conduct in-depth code reviews for quality and security.
- Ensure architectural designs adhere to established principles.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines with AI integration.
- Design structured prompts for AI agents to enhance output accuracy.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address production issues.
- Assist teammates in resolving complex design challenges.
- Write secure code to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a positive engineering culture.
- Provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering or computer science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering for SaaS applications.
- Experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code or Codex.
- Proficiency in Python, React, and AWS.
