Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional and technical solution architecture across Sales, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations.
Conduct requirements workshops, estimations, solution shaping, solution design, and delivery planning.
Define and govern integration architecture and data flows across enterprise systems.
Advise business and executive stakeholders and align technical solutions with business goals.
Govern architecture through design reviews, business playbacks, testing strategy, and delivery-team guidance.
Architect professional services project lifecycle processes covering planning, resourcing, delivery, billing, and revenue recognition.
Evaluate project constraints, mitigate risks, support process re-engineering, and govern compliant changes across environments.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation using D365, Azure, and emerging technologies.

15+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM or similar products.
12+ years of practical experience with D365 Finance and Operations, Project Operations, and Customer Engagement.
Mandatory D365 F&O Solution Architect or Functional Consultant Associate certification.
Proven experience delivering multi-country APAC rollouts involving localizations, compliance, currency, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with system integration using Logic Apps, Boomi, SnapLogic, or other middleware.
Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics out-of-box and custom Copilot AI agents.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration/DevOps methodology, and ITSM processes and toolsets such as ServiceNow.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
