Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
- Provide domain, architecture, and technical leadership to clients and stakeholders.
- Offer strategic recommendations on technical best practices and industry trends.
- Participate in requirements gathering and guide developers with solution inputs.
- Create process flows, design documents, technical specifications, and implementation guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, process owners, architects, and developers to deliver projects.
- Monitor ServiceNow instance performance and recommend improvements to the end-user experience.
- Manage ServiceNow upgrade cycles and implement new release functionality.
- Propose and implement integrations with enterprise tools and systems.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
- ITIL Foundation certification required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM certification required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
- Experience architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to produce technical specifications for solution development and systems integration requirements.
- Familiarity with Visio diagrams and high-level architecture documents.
