Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise deployments and implementations of the Pulsora platform.
- Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business processes and technical requirements.
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions for automation and operational efficiency.
- Rapidly build proofs-of-concept and lightweight applications.
- Configure workflows, validations, and analytics within the Pulsora platform.
- Develop reusable implementation accelerators and AI-powered tooling.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to influence roadmap priorities.
- Lead solution workshops and technical deep dives.
- Troubleshoot technical escalations and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Support customer adoption and reporting cycles.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or related fields.
- Strong experience with AI-assisted software development.
- Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience with LLM application development and prompt engineering.
- Strong vibe coding skills for rapid prototyping.
- Familiarity with modern AI development tools.
- Understanding of enterprise systems integration and business process automation.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Familiarity with ESG and sustainability frameworks is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
