Base Salary
$60k - $70k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise deployments and implementations of the Pulsora platform for global customers.
- Partner directly with customer stakeholders to understand business processes and technical requirements.
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions that enhance automation and operational efficiency.
- Rapidly build proofs-of-concept, internal tools, and lightweight applications.
- Configure workflows, validations, ETL pipelines, and reporting within the Pulsora platform.
- Develop reusable implementation accelerators and AI-powered tooling.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to influence roadmap priorities.
- Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews, and product demonstrations.
- Troubleshoot technical escalations and serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Support customer adoption and annual reporting cycles.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or related fields.
- Strong experience with AI-assisted software development and modern engineering workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience with LLM application development and prompt engineering.
- Strong vibe coding skills for rapid prototyping and solution delivery.
- Familiarity with modern AI development tools and cloud-native technologies.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
