Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on AI agents for automating platform operations.
- Identify and eliminate repetitive workflows across CI/CD and environment management.
- Support Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS EKS, focusing on hygiene and security.
- Utilize the developer control plane to maintain paved paths and self-service actions.
- Monitor SLOs and improve system reliability using observability tools.
- Develop platform services that enable operational excellence for Data, CI/CD, and Security.
- Maintain service scaffolds and templates for testing and telemetry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years in platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering with Kubernetes and AWS.
- Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows for operational tasks.
- Track record of automating workflows with AI-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with GitOps (Argo CD) and CI (GitHub Actions).
- Strong coding skills in Go and/or Python.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical issues.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering.
- Mission-driven with a focus on customer advocacy.
- Experience with service mesh and traffic management patterns is a plus.
