Responsibilities
- Lead the development of core functions for the R&D efficiency platform.

- Design and optimize CI/CD processes for standardization and automation.
- Apply Kubernetes and microservice governance frameworks for stability.
- Leverage cloud services to implement and optimize architecture.
- Stay updated with industry technologies to improve R&D efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency with DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and MicroService technology stacks.
- Familiarity with the Java technology stack and knowledge of multiple programming languages.
- Strong product sense with the ability to design clear module boundaries.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
