Responsibilities

Champion best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD and pair programming.
Exemplify Thoughtworks’ technical excellence and thought leadership.
Act as a trusted technical advisor by building key relationships with clients.
Propose and lead systemic change in organizations.
Assess client needs and develop account strategies to deliver value.
Communicate the value of delivery in relation to client goals.
Ensure high performance of teams and proactively manage client risks.
Encourage feedback and foster an inclusive team culture.
Ensure security, privacy, and legal compliance across accounts.

Strong background in Fullstack Development (Java/JS/GoLang).
Deep expertise in AWS or GCP and Terraform for infrastructure management.
Proven experience in designing CI/CD pipelines and automating workflows.
Experience with monitoring and logging strategies using industry-standard tools.
Background in solutioning or technical consulting, especially in the Singapore Public Sector.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with presales support experience.
Track record of managing program scope and client relationships.
Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD and continuous integration.
Natural ability to establish relationships with senior leaders.
Excellent context-switching capabilities and resilience in ambiguous situations.
