Responsibilities
- Oversee non-functional aspects of relevant business lines and collaborate with business units to ensure service stability.
- Use data analysis to identify stability risks across the full system chain, detect unreasonable architectural designs, and uncover root causes.
- Systematically address stability issues and help shift the organization from reactive governance to proactive risk prevention.
- Explore new technologies, tools, and architectural patterns and promote application architecture best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- More than 7 years of experience in development and architecture.
- Proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with the Spring Cloud microservices technology stack.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and understanding of Linux, storage, and network I/O principles.
- Experience designing or developing high-concurrency distributed systems or components, including knowledge of Java concurrency libraries.
- Understanding of Nginx, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MySQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of the managed business architecture and a robust methodology for architectural design.
- Ability to rationalize new-business architectural designs and provide targeted optimization recommendations.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English and Mandarin is preferred.
