Responsibilities
- Support key technical engagements for Stripe in Southeast Asia.
- Drive thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor for key business and technical stakeholders.
- Understand customer business objectives and design Stripe solutions to meet their challenges.
- Lead strategy engagements to align solutions with business priorities and secure technical wins.
- Provide market insights to product and engineering teams as the 'Voice of the User'.
- Participate in sales forecasting and account planning for strategic alignment.
- Provide technical insight and solutions to prospective and existing platform users.
- Showcase Stripe's platform capabilities in solving business problems.
- Manage pre-sales projects and ensure proposed solutions are viable and beneficial.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant or solutions architect.
- Strong executive engagement skills and ability to build credibility with decision makers.
- Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence in leading customer meetings.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- In-depth understanding of Stripe’s products and their applicability across diverse business models.
