Responsibilities
- Champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to production.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software early.
- Design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices are followed.
- Continue to code alongside developers and apply various languages and tools.
- Utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices for software deployment.
- Encourage feedback and foster an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Must be well-versed in Python/Node.js and React/Angular.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous methodologies.
- Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD and continuous integration.
- Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Desire to continuously learn and improve in various technical areas.
