Responsibilities
- Serve as a team lead and developer within strategic AI partners to transition prototypes into production-grade, replicable agentic workflows.
- Co-build with partner FDE teams and establish Google-grade development practices for successful projects and end-user adoption.
- Help partners develop their own agentic delivery capabilities and improve customer activation and ROI.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems, covering accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring partner and field friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and take production-grade AI solutions from conception through launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch for customers.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 10 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Preferred: customer-facing experience with technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, or hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
