Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using Claude, Gemini, and MCP.
- Embed with internal business teams to discover, design, and deliver agentic AI workflows from initial concept through production.
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite.
- Develop reusable automation patterns and shared templates for business teams.
- Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure performance and safety.
- Define patterns, guardrails, and tooling for safe and effective AI adoption.
- Partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Coach colleagues through pairing, workshops, and clear communication.
Requirements
- Extensive experience building and operating production applications or automations, particularly involving APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on delivery experience with AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs such as Claude or Gemini.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Comfort working with SDKs and webhooks.
- Ability to design systems with security, auditability, and controlled blast radius in mind.
- Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders to develop technical solution designs.
- Strong coaching, workshop facilitation, and communication abilities.
