Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing usage to integrate and optimize AI solutions.
- Build features, MVPs, scalable solutions, applications, and tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Design and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning voices and transcribers.
- Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on tailored customer solutions.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Define the regional operating model and establish playbooks for customer onboarding, AI deployment, feedback loops, and future hiring.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python.
- Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
- Experience managing APIs and integrating third-party systems.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Highly independent, ownership-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
