Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships with enterprise clients from discovery through production and influence long-term AI roadmaps.
- Lead workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business needs into engineering plans.
- Architect and ship enterprise-grade AI systems, pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations with enterprise data environments.
- Set technical direction, make architecture and tooling decisions, mentor engineers, and lead incident resolution and troubleshooting.
- Define model evaluation frameworks and implement LLMOps practices including monitoring, observability, and drift detection.
- Ensure deployments meet enterprise security, compliance, scalability, cost, and reliability requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
- 3+ years delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in production.
- Proven experience leading complex, customer-facing technical engagements and engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
- Expertise in at least one programming language, distributed systems, API design, observability, and production engineering practices.
- Hands-on production experience with Claude, GPT, Gemini, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, MCP, vector databases, and chunking strategies.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform, containerization, orchestration, and enterprise data platforms.
- Preferred qualifications include regulated-industry experience, responsible AI and model risk management knowledge, open-source or technical publication contributions, evaluation and observability tools experience, and startup or high-growth technology experience.
