Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Design and deploy agentic developer workflows on Google Cloud’s AI stack, including refactors, language migrations, spec-to-PR pipelines, and automated review and incident-to-fix loops.
- Embed with customer engineering leaders to identify SDLC bottlenecks and define rigorous success metrics.
- Integrate Google’s agentic systems with customer tools and ISV platforms such as Atlassian Rovo, Teamwork Graph, GitLab, ServiceNow, and Slack using MCP and A2A protocols.
- Own customer engineering projects end to end and provide field feedback to inform Google Cloud’s product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of experience in cloud computing or a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience deploying, scaling, and debugging LLM or agent-based systems in production, including tooling, memory, orchestration, evaluation, tracing, and cost or latency profiling.
- Experience with end-to-end technical ownership of engineering projects involving executive stakeholders.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: experience with agentic frameworks, harness layers, ADK or equivalent, MCP and A2A interoperability, third-party ISV platforms, and DevSecOps security ecosystems.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics and optimization of state management and granular tracing.
