Base Salary

$139k - $191k/yr

Responsibilities

Design solutions by gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements.
Develop and implement high-performing software solutions that meet technical standards and best practices.
Provide technical direction and oversight to business, technology, system integrator, and software vendor teams.
Support Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, cloud implementations, testing, debugging, and production operations.
Advise on data model changes, code quality, code reviews, system performance, and complex issue resolution.
Perform system impact analysis and create process diagrams for business solutions.
Lead collaboration across multiple teams on large, strategic, multi-phase projects.
Present solutions and recommendations to senior leadership and business audiences.

Typically requires 14 or more years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
Experience with commercial lines property/casualty insurance products.
Expert knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration, integration capabilities, and cloud implementations.
Experience working with developers on technical requirements and solution design.
Experience providing guidance on data model changes, code quality, and code reviews.
Experience resolving complex performance-related issues with support teams.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Experience working in an Agile development life cycle and a SAFe Agile environment.
Experience on large strategic, multi-phase projects involving multiple teams and more than 50 employees.
Experience using Rally, DevOps, Docker, Bitbucket, and GitLab.
Strong organizational, written, oral communication, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
