Responsibilities
- Perform developer support tasks for entry to mid-level development work.
- Conduct preventive testing on developer workflows and tools.
- Execute high-level scripted and exploratory test coverage.
- Report, research, analyze, and support resolution of issues.
- Maintain knowledge of project design and scheduling changes.
- Assist in managing project databases for assigned titles.
- Help plan, task, and execute operational testing.
- Update test plans and incorporate them into the testing process.
- Collaborate across disciplines to drive projects to completion.
- Diagnose errors in the development pipeline and provide technical support.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Test or Analyst role with experience on current generation PlayStation platforms.
- Excellent technical learning agility and understanding of SDLC.
- Strong gameplay skills and critical analysis abilities.
- Proficient in communication, organization, and time management.
- Experience with JIRA and traditional QA/QC methods.
- Passion for video games and quality assurance.
