Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and enhance Salesforce solutions using platform best practices.
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, integrations, custom business logic, and Salesforce Flows.
- Design and maintain Salesforce data models, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and indexing strategies.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and work with JSON data structures.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, deployment, and documentation.
- Implement Salesforce security models involving roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business partners, project stakeholders, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers when appropriate, and contribute to CI/CD processes.
- Manage work and project updates in Jira and follow development, testing, deployment, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce Flows.
- Working knowledge of Aura Components, SOQL, CRUD operations, REST APIs, JSON, Salesforce data modeling, architecture, and security concepts.
- Experience with Git version control, including branching, commits, pull requests, and merges.
- Understanding of testing methodologies, debugging, troubleshooting, bulkification, and object-oriented design principles.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications are listed in the position qualifications.
- A bachelor’s degree and typically 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience are expected.
- A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, CI/CD pipeline experience, banking or financial services experience, and experience with AI-enabled development tools.
