Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and debug Salesforce solutions using platform best practices.
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components and support existing Aura Components.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, integrations, custom business logic, and Salesforce Flows.
- Design Salesforce data models involving custom objects, fields, relationships, record types, and indexing strategies.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and work with JSON data structures.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and documentation.
- Implement Salesforce security models using roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to CI/CD processes.
- Use Jira to manage user stories, tasks, defects, and project updates.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex classes and triggers, Aura Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Advanced understanding of SOQL, CRUD operations, Salesforce data modeling, architecture, security concepts, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, bulkification, and object-oriented design.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs, working with JSON, and using Git version control, including branching, commits, pull requests, and merges.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications are listed among the technical qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree and typically at least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience; comparable education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered instead of a degree.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, CI/CD pipeline experience, banking or financial services experience, and experience with AI-enabled development tools and productivity platforms.
