Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level web applications and APIs.
- Build scalable and secure applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and Entity Framework Core.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for business applications.
- Create, maintain, and tune SQL Server databases, including complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver software solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and stability.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Support application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document technical designs, development activities, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Angular, SQL Server, REST API development, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
- Experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with distributed onshore and offshore development teams is preferred.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum environments is preferred.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, AI-assisted software development tools, prompt engineering, or integrating AI capabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based environments is preferred.
- Financial services or banking experience is a plus.
