Responsibilities
- Build scalable, performance-driven frontend experiences for growth funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Write maintainable, efficient, and well-tested React and TypeScript code.
- Build and integrate A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and analytics solutions to improve user acquisition.
- Track and interpret user behavior metrics with data scientists and product managers.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing to deliver user-focused experiences.
- Prototype and optimize user journeys to reduce friction and increase conversions.
- Provide technical leadership, contribute to architectural roadmaps, and mentor peers.
- Apply secure coding practices, identify vulnerabilities, protect user data, and support privacy and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, experimentation, metrics, and hypothesis-driven development.
- Ability to build clean, modular, scalable, and performance-focused frontend code.
- User-focused approach incorporating user research and design thinking.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor or support peers.
- Curiosity, adaptability, ownership, and willingness to learn new technologies and practices.
- Awareness of security principles and experience safeguarding user data.
