Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Partner with first-, second-, and third-party clients to scale mobility tools through robust integrations.
- Participate in or lead design reviews to define requirements and co-create capabilities for Maps and generative-AI experiences.
- Review other developers’ code and provide feedback on style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Establish quality benchmarks and advocate platform-wide enhancements to maximize performance and impact across AI surfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of full-stack development experience across back-end and front-end codebases.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of technical leadership experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Preferred: experience with client, server, and database development and server-side API design and integration.
- Preferred: interest and experience using AI tools in development workflows.
