Responsibilities
- Own feature design and deployment end to end across backend infrastructure, frontend mobile, and web ecosystems.
- Lead technical designs for backend services and data processing pipelines supporting large-scale growth experiments.
- Mentor junior engineers on reliable, scalable, and secure system designs.
- Build monitoring, alerting, and automated performance tracking to ensure long-term feature reliability.
- Participate in design reviews, improve code quality, and use DevAI and agentic coding workflows to accelerate development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software programming experience with C++, Java, Python, or Go.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: mobile app, web, full-stack, or backend development experience.
- Preferred: experience building systems that scale to millions of users globally.
- Preferred: experience working on DevAI for agentic coding and productivity.
