Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components and enterprise integrations using Workday Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize solutions for scalability, performance, and functionality.
- Document development processes and code changes for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Work independently, contribute solutions during team discussions, and become a subject matter expert.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Studio is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio is required.
- Experience designing and implementing custom integrations and extensions in enterprise environments is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize software for scalability and performance is required.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines is required.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
