Responsibilities
- Design, code, maintain, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.

- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and assist junior team members with guidance and support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with UKG Pro.
- Proficiency in UKG Pro is required.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Understanding of database design and integration with software applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
