Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance and portable applications using modern C++17–20.
- Apply software development, security, and observability best practices.
- Inspect and analyze network capture files with Wireshark.
- Troubleshoot household network installations remotely.
- Provide first-level support.
- Follow corporate security guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience in C++.
- Familiarity with ARP, NDP, IP, TCP, UDP, and TLS network protocols.
- Ability to analyze simple Pcap files and understand network activity.
- Ability to decompose software tasks into testable and maintainable components.
- Familiarity with software design patterns and algorithms.
- Very good knowledge of the C++ standard template library.
- Proven unit-testing experience with a C++ testing framework such as GoogleTest; TDD is a plus.
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, IAM, S3, Cognito, and Lambda.
- Database development experience with MongoDB or MySQL is a plus.
- Experience using Linux as a primary workstation.
