Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software modules and programs.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation, deployment, monitoring, releases, and modifications to existing systems.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and support on-time delivery.
- Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, quality risks, and customer experience.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming and delivery practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skills in Adobe Launch and Analytics.
- Ability to understand requirements, analyze systems and data flows, and develop software solutions.
- Ability to code, troubleshoot defects, automate validation, and evaluate software performance and feasibility.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, reports, and software specifications.
- Customer-focused communication and professional business etiquette.
