Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support new or revised application systems and programs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk assessment, and applications development activities.
  • Monitor and control development phases, including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
  • Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
  • Develop post-implementation security measures and assess business usage to ensure system functionality.
  • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and provide user and operational support.
  • Manage and implement successful projects while applying consulting and project-management techniques.
  • Advise senior stakeholders and coach new or lower-level analysts.
  • Follow operating standards, assess technology and business risks, and support compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with .NET Core and C#.
  • 8+ years of experience with MS SQL.
  • Experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
  • Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting and project-management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
  • Experience with Java Spring Boot is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
