Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java Trade Finance applications using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, microservices architecture, and Angular or React.
- Develop APIs and integrate applications with backend systems.
- Work with Oracle and MongoDB databases to support data integrity and performance.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and OpenShift or other cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Write clean, documented, and testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and contribute to improving development processes.
- Stay current with Java development technologies and trends.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Proficiency developing APIs and experience with Angular front-end development.
- Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms including OpenShift, Cloud Foundry, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience includes IBMPAM, Active MQ, Apache Kafka, JSP, DWR, Struts 2.X, and AJAX.
